Love takes patience and faith

I lost my love a long time ago. I was full of youth and to immature to know what to do.
When you truly fall in love, you loose a piece of yourself.
You go on living because time heals all wounds, all wounds except the piece of your heart you gave away.
You go on with your life, you marry, and have children, but you are never truly complete.
You don't know what you are missing, but you feel it, the emptiness inside.

True love will eventually come back, tommorrow, in a few months, or a years later.
If it was "True Love" then it has to come back. Have faith that it will.
And when it does you need to grab it, embrace it, and never let go.
You need to defend it and fight against any obstacle that stands in your way.
And when you do you will fill that emptiness, you will be happy, you will become whole again.

Have patience and faith.

Torn

I'm torn between right and wrong and at times feel that I have no morals.

I know being with you is not right but I can't help it... You brought me back to life.

You have given me a purpose to live and beleive in love again.

The more that I talk with you just makes me want to be with you and never let go.

You are the sweetest friend that I have ever had, and although it may seem soon, I love you.

I love your spark, your attitude, and your smile.

And I feel blessed to call you my friend.
Because even though I'm torn between right and wrong, I will always love you... Even if just as my friend.

Just knowing

Just knowing that you are back in town makes me happy.

Just knowing that I may get a chance to see you makes me smile.

Just knowing that I may get to hug you and hold you makes me feel warm inside.

Just knowing that I may get to kiss your luscious lips gives me hope for a better day.

It saddens me

It saddens me to know that you are not near me so I can look into your eyes and feel the joy of your company.

It saddens me to know that I will not be kissing your luscious lips in the days to come.

It saddens me to not be able to hold you, hug you, and smell the wonderful perfume that you wear.

It saddens me to know that you are out there having fun and I will not be there to share your laughs, to share your smiles, to share the moment with you.

I am sad because the longer I'm away from you the more I think about you and the joy I feel when I'm with you.

Gods Masterpiece

Our lives are painted on a canvas in God’s hands.

He does not reveal the final picture to us at first, only parts of the picture unfolding in front of our eyes.

We cannot always understand the reason for the people that come into our lives, but we take comfort in knowing that it is a part of God’s final design.

But God is a patient painter, so we must be patient to see the final masterpiece his is painting for us.

I can't breathe when I'm away from you.

Thinking of you gives me the courage to take back control of my life again.

I will no longer resign from love and have my life pass me by.

You have shown me that love exists and is worth pursuing.

You have shown me to love again.

You have shown me to live.

I had given up on love.

My heart had been broken so many times that I was convinced that love was just a four letter word.

I’m not even sure if I’ve ever fallen in love. Who really knows what love feels like?

Is it when you can’t stop thinking about someone? Is it waiting for the next text message from them, hoping it will be soon?

Is it wanting to stay on the phone all day talking to them? Is it like an addiction that you just forget about everything but that person? Is it willing to give up everything to be with that person?
